I am looking for it but having a hard time finding it. There were quite a few threads started on this subject and others that got hijacked halfway through. Plus the search forum sucks on Orlandoforums, but the thread is over there for sure.

Plus I didn't call him back out, he called me out to race again. I just agreed and said come to daytona and do a dig. That was back in late october early november because I was trying to convince him to come in town for the turkey rod run thats held during thanksgiving weekend. He said no to that weekend and the thread died after that. I just haven't found it yet.

Shaun, your car sounded good and took off too! Now get to work on your DOHC, and imagine what it'd be like to have that same power curve, moved up by 100whp, and extended another 1000rpm.

Shaun's car was wide open, no doubt about it.

Now the WS6. Obviously Shaun got the jump. But I think once the WS6 realized he wasn't going to be able to do this at half throttle, he went wide open. I think had it been a true race, rolling start, the WS6 would have pulled away without a problem. Over 1/4mi, or even an eighth, I think the WS6 would have enough of a power advantage to overcome it's standstill disadvantage.

he went wide open from the get go. you can hear his car if you listen carefully. I can't see his car pulling more then 1 car on me if we honked off and started even which is fine with me considering he makes over 500 whp. Definately nothing for me to be ashamed about. Remember I got a 450 whp Supra by 3 cars or so not so long ago by 120 mph starting from 50ish.

So A-rod does this mean I run 10's?

I have lost interest in the dohc car. have thought of selling it.
