* Only one inch thick, they cool water as close to ambient temperature as possible and are easy to mount in tight locations.
* With eight strategically placed mounting points, they are easily mountable with the water inlet and outlet on either the left or the right.
* All aluminum construction provides maximum cooling with water or antifreeze/coolant.
* Water inlet and outlet are 1/2" NPT female threads, just like most air to water intercoolers.
* These radiators feature a fill/pressure cap on top and a drain plug on the bottom for incredible installation flexibility.
* In case you wish to include a water temperature gauge in your installation, these radiators feature a 1/8-27 NPT tap for a temperature sending unit. They ship with a plug installed in case you do not wish to use this feature.

Anyone need an IC... note the jack stand to the right for size reference ...lol

You went completely overkill on your FMHE. But that's a good thing.
I personally am going to use my A/C condenser for now (But with water of course). I've modified the rest of the A/C lines to remove the other A/C parts, and carry water. If this proves to be not sufficient at controlling IATs, then I have a radiator from a 2003 ZX10R sportbike that I can use, and I'd increase the line size.
But I don't think I'll need to. I'll be running my IC at just over half of its adiabatic capacity (450hp vs. 800 max). I'm running the best turbocharger made, at a low boost level. And the Fiero naturally has great heat exchange properties (Large water capacity, transfer of heat through the lines that run underneath the car, and good airflow to the condenser/radiator). I also removed the felt insulation on the one A/C line, so that will further aid in heat transfer.
Here's a pic of the setup in the front:

Just in case you missed this on Old Europe:
looks like they carry tall valve covers. :afrocool:

yeah i did see those, I actually got my modified ones to fit so i will try those for now.
I am finally back in the fiero game after getting caught up in a different car.
Progress to be made this weekend:
-Headers/crossover are to be tacked up then taken to my welder
-button up the motor one more time (had to plug the hole in the timing cover)
-make brackets for rad and fmhe
-throw the dizzy, stock intake/injectors and wiring harness on see if we can get the bitch to fire off and break in the cam
its possible but its a long shot banking on no setbacks (yeah right haha)
