the 93-on setup has a bleeder screw, right next to the input in that picture above....

The 92-prior does not, but ive seen those T-bleeders, wilwood sells them i think.

actually, on the 93 olds achiva scx, (where i got the trans) there is a quick disconnect on the slave cyl end, i didn't look at the master side. However, on the 92 and earlier models there was a little pin on the plastic hose that made them separate, which could mean a custom line might be able to b...

Has anyone tried to adapt the master cyl from an N-body car, which would be the car the slave came out of?

Some getrags were available with the hydraulic TOB in 92-94. I have been running one of these transmissions in my 88 GT since June 2005. I am using a 3/4 wilwood slave and it is plenty big, so the stock fiero slave should work just fine. http://i152.photobucket.com/albums/s162/fieroguru/FWDTrannyHy...

Clutch Slave Swap-a-bility

My plans are to install a W-41 Quad 4 with a 93 SCX (internal slave/3.94 gears) The Stock slave would be compatible with an earlier style external slave, using the factory slave with the "rodney dickman getrag late model slave adapter" However, i would like to take it a step further by usi...

but if you used a check valve, you would need a way to disable it during normal driving as well, because one pump on the brakes and the rears would lock up.... now if you were to use a line lock type idea, you could stomp the brake hard and lock it down.... that might be something to look into.... w...

Although R12 O-rings in general will not leak, I wouldnt go so far as to consider them compatable.... If you want to be technical, neither are the hoses. Youll need to install the fittings, high and low side, and use a set of 134 hoses, make sure to pull vacuum on the system for at least 30 minutes ...

depends on who you ask, 13.5v-15v is industry standard.... i would say personally.... 13.5 is a little low.... i like to see 14-15.3 but thats me.... then again, im from california, colder temps would generally run a little lower.... maybe more like 13.5v-15v.... voltage is not as important as amper...

we refuse to do them in my shop, but to my knowledge, they aren't technically illegal...

Personally, i wouldnt use compression fittings on a clutch line (much lower pressure) but for fuel lines? sure, ill do that all day...
