So my buddy said this F450 7.5L at work had an exhaust leak so I popped the hood to take a look:
I'd never seen a head actually blow out a chunk, I've seen plenty crack but I thought this was photo worthy.

The car dealership I work at just bought 30 of these things from Verizon. This is the only one with any major issue, a few knock but they are 150k mile trucks that guys beat to shit for 10 years. A ton of them have the rubber T off the pcv valve that cracks. Its $39 from ford, I developed a fix for under $5 each.
