He won't be able to hit you with non-functioning brake lights because you'd use your brakes slowing down to pull over.

What's the legal definition of "stunting"?

I dont know, but around here I have heard of people getting stunting tickets and warnings for going around corners at like 30KM/h or 20MPH. But the obvious things like burnouts and drifting would be called stunting. Anything that they consider not normal driving procedures can be called stunting I guess.

Better look up the legal definition, then. Always know what you're up against before you go up against it.
