Wholesaler closeout doesn't necessarily mean they're discontinued, it just means some warehouse is clearing stock. That said, it could be discontinued in this case? If so get em cheap! Correct that it is one box per strut.
You could alternatively use NAPA NCP 2643609 which has a separate washer for the head. In this case it's also one piece per strut but it does not include the concentric bolt.

Since I was planning to go to Ti strut bolts anyway, I maybe just expect to mill flats on them and have SS washers laser cut for the eccentrics.
