Do this about 60-90 minutes after first mixing the steel and hardener.

It fit just fine. Holes are 7/16"

Here you see everything bolted together. The ugly, unfinished old plate was just here to be a spacer. My drill has a bubble level on the end, so the next step was to drill those holes being located by the JB Weld.
