Once again, I'm right.

Post by EBSB52 »

The thread I started about venting, Reagan driving benefits away from the worker, the GWB finishing it off, killing unions both of them, well, I have once again been before my time. I established that the trades, esp the airlines are driving all the skilled workers away, Sully just said the exact same thing in the way of pilots. You dirty trashy fucking RW maggots wanna kill pay and benefits, enjoy the last of the Sullies out there and watch teh flying public fucking die. That asshole in Buffalo that let his acft ice up and did nothing, let it stay on autopilot, enjoy, brainless neo-trash, just keep driving down wages and that's what you get. You look at him, listen to the radio sound byte, I did, the whole thing, I can post it, well, that's what you get for probably 30k and he's left seat (pilot). He had very low hours in that specific acft and he's left seat. If that's all your families are worth, whether in the acft or on teh ground, then just keep up your Nazi practices, that's what Sully said but his was in a less abrasive way. I know he would have like to have said it the way I did, but he can't. He's saying the high-time, competent pilots are being driven out, I can say the same with mechs. Pick your poison, just no whining at the funerals.

Who is sully, please post link.

Skilled workers move on to better jobs and abandon the union because their efforts go unrecognized. I bet the pilot who let the plane ice up dosent get fired because the union protects him on some tecnicality.

again Im not familiar with any of the details but thats my first reaction.

Why make a conclusion when you don't understand my point and the facts. I assumed all would know about Sully, the pilot of the Airbus that landed in the Hudson. Not saying anything derogatory if you don't know, it's just captivated the news. And the Buffalo crash that I referenced that crashed into a neighborhood in Buffalo, NY has also captivated the news. Don't get touchy, just normally converse with people who keep up with current events. The acft that landed into a Buffalo neighborhood was a turboprop commuter mfg by Bombardier, these acft have low time pilots due to the cost, the flying public wants to save a buck and this is what Sully just stated and that hightime or competent pilots won't be likely to enter or stay in aviation if you keep cutting costs and pay.

As for your first reaction, it shows your bias. Again, pls don’t get nasty, we've had a good dialogue, but just hear it all before you judge the issue. This is not about skilled workers leaving the union, this is about retention of competent pilots. Sully, the hero, was advocating maintaining pay thru the union and to cease union busting/limiting.

As for the guess about the icing pilot, wrong, he's in hell somewhere, he fucking killed 49 people + himself, as an early estimation of fault.

I'm not sure what your point is, but they do. I was one of those silly patriots who served in the USAF and one of my jobs was to deice acft. On the alert pad we would deice every couple hours for acft that wouldn't be flying, what a bitch.
