Unless you actually saw the guy stealing your stuff there is nothing you can do about it. Destroying company property is the quickest way to get fired or arrested. If I were you I wouldn't show my face back there anymore, unless you want to get arrested. As for quiting your job, you will not be able to collect unemployment.
