Cap and Tax (trade) legislation coming up for a vote FRIDAY

Contact your representatives and tell them to VOTE NO on this new tax. We don't need more taxes / higher prices right now (or ever, IMHO). And I doubt anyone in congress has had the time to completely read this entire new bill to see what's in it (remind you of the stimulus bill?).

Economic experts say the Cap and Trade (carbon credits) legislation, if enacted, will add as much as 58% to farmers and energy producer's costs. What's that mean for you? Higher prices at the pump, grocery store, and in your utility bills. And where is all this new tax money going to go? Into the government's pocket to do with as they please.

We don't need this.

Excuse me? Sorry all the fucking misspellings and outright destruction of the English language and mechanics really threw me. Something about you straight up wanting Shaun's dick in your mouth for some original fucking while trolls shit on v8archie in some sort of pseudo homoerotic scatological fantasy?

Shaun does that. He's been crushing on Rcheee for years. If you're good enough for him to crush on long term, he might start having fantasies about you and Rcheee.

Ok, that aside, anything that increases the little guy's cost is a bad idea.

Yeah lets bend over a few more domestic industries (and indirectly, us) in the name of environmentalism during a massive economic slump. This is right in line with the spot smog checks on the side of the road here in LA, which depending on which story you read is either to punish you for being too poor to keep a fresh engine and convertor on your car, or as field data collection for hypothetical future environmental regulation down the road. It's also like all of tickets being written for stuff like cracked windshields and other trivial matters as well.

Seriously, why is everybody out to fuck the small guy when people are having trouble finding work and staying fed right now?

Anyone watch Glen beck? I found the EPA report he talked about that projects global temps to fall untill 2030. Its nice how people can ignore it. I'm going to go burn some trees this global cooling isn't going to bring the beach any closer to my doorstep.

It's like Oceania, just believe what they are telling you today, whatever happened in the past... didn't happen.
