Its not cheap, but you pay good money for good shit. E46 M3s are great, nice choice!
Re: New Whip...M powerrrrr
very nice!

Love that interior, and you got the manual too, very nice.
I also really liked the E46 M3, was seriously looking at buying one, test drove a bunch. just couldn't get over the wall at 350hp. Without boost, they can't go any further.

That engine has over 100% volumetric efficiency at certain rpms. With only 3.2L, 350 hp ain't bad. I've driven many a modded M3s, two supercharged, and that chassis feels best with close to stock power.Aaron wrote:Love that interior, and you got the manual too, very nice.

On a separate note, make sure the car has had the rear subframe inspection done. Any dealer can tell you if it has been done by looking up the last 7 of your VIN.

LOL... pretty obvious why you got that...coinage wrote:Jet black with Imola Red interior
Nice ride.
Re: New Whip...M powerrrrr
Thanks everyone.
Still undecided about the plans for the car. As of now just basic things like an exhaust and coilovers. Boosting these is crazy expensive.Kits range from $7000-$30000+!!
Sub frame is still in good shape, I plan on getting the weld in reinforcement kit at some point.

Re: New Whip...M powerrrrr
Very nice, now when do you make a more significant order from AA??????
Re: New Whip...M powerrrrr
If you're talking about a SC setup, then probably when my DOHC fiero goes bye-bye.lol.
Re: New Whip...M powerrrrr
Shiny muffler....Did it get rid of the metallic exhaust note or make it more pronounced?
Re: New Whip...M powerrrrr
Rasp is still there, its probably louder now. I got my section 1 replacement today so that should kill the rasp.

Looks like its going to be fun! That car is thankfully easy to work on, esp. compared to a FWD vehicle.

Any shots of the engine bay?
