Post by befarrer »

We had a blizzard on tuedsay night through wednsday afternoon. Got about 15-20CM of snow, but wind gusts up to 70KM/h. Then, on wednsday afternoon, the temperature dropped, tuesday morning was -6ºC, and Wednsday evening, I was reading -22ºC, and this morning it was -29ºC, but the local weather station was reading -43ºC. But it is sunny :thumbleft:

Here are some pics, it didnt drift too badly here:

There is a sidewalk going to my front door, but I havent shoveled it in the last month, I had to go to the door today to get a plugin, and the snow was almost at my hips on the sidewalk, and the path I shoveled is about 4 feet deep in the snow.

I like this, kinda bragging, I got more snow than you :bootyshake:

I am also glad I havent gotten stuck in my truck yet. I thought it was hopelessly stuck in the back alley, but it went through the bumper high drifts and snow ok. It is a part time 2WD.

been really cold here too. Good luck getting citrus or avocados at your local supermarket anytime soon.

But, prediction is for mid 60's and not a cloud in the sky all weekend.

Time to wash and wax.

Lol, do you have a snowblower, or a workout schedule?

I am too close to a highway to get any wildlife, but I did get a skunk pass through in the fall. My parents get all the wildlife.

Thats all arm power. It has built up quite a bit from driving on it so one day I got fed up and chipped the whole driveway clean.

Only way the fiero is going anywhere on Sunday is on pavement. I managed to get it stuck in the snowy driveway earlier this year. It has absolutly no traction.

I took mine out a few weekends ago, when I replaced the seats and had some fun. I can do a clutch drop from 4th, and just spin to redline, cant really do 5th, too tall of a gear. I tried downshifting without reving the engine, went from 3rd to 2nd at a slow speed, and all it did was slide the back wheels, and the rear started coming out to the left slowly, and I was on straight road. Tried doing a 180, but my parents driveway was too narrow until the end, so I didnt go very fast, but got about 120º before stopping and running out of driveway.

I think all that shovelling you did deserves a beer!
