Help V8 Mikie solve a crime

Help Shaun, on my way up North I witnessed a dirty, creepy old man that Whacko Jacko on a neighborhood kid. He was driving a blue GT with white wall rims. He told the kid to clean his gold wheels to make them shiny and when the kid bent over - up the pooper. Poor little guy didn't know what hit him.
