I just built a dogbone for my DOHC:

I was supposed to trim those reinforcing gussets into a triangular shape, but in traditional CRS fashion I remembered once I had already bead blased and painted them. Oh well.

I installed it and what a difference. The old worn rubber one was killing me. I was surprised how a rubber mounted engine with a poly dogbone could transfer so much vibration to the car. I think I have a misfiring cyl again due to old plug wires. I'm gonna order the magnacores today.

still a little concern over the ability to twist that bracket with a rubber/poly on the bracket end.. I preffer to only have a cussion on the trunkwall end - but your mount looks very nice.

(I also went with rubber for the dogbone since despite using poly for all the lower mounts in the engine, with its location if its poly it takes most of the force before the lower mounts have a chance to help)
