Well the Cobalt SS must be REALLY overdone from the factory, then, because it uses an M62 on a 2.0 litre...

For performance use, the M90 is too small for the Aurora. It's big enough for factory horsepower on an L67, which the Aurora makes WITHOUT a supercharger. The 4.0 is only slightly bigger than teh 3.8, but it's got 32 valves moving air through it, while the 3800 only has 12. The Aurora breathes a LOT better and thus needs a supercharger that can move more air. I'd go with an M112.

God forbid they try to sell their products for more applications than they truly are effective in!

Here is the coupler I use. A friend cranks them out on a CNC. The bearings I buy at the local bearing supplier.
