I would fix your dist cap and the other small things first to make sure that is not what is causing the hunting idle. To clean the IAC is not hard. Usually if there is a vacuum leak it affects all cylinders however I am unsure how the Nstar vacuum lines are setup. I highly doubt its a vacuum leak. Perhaps it is the fact that you have both banks wired into the same fuse that is causing the problems. I am just throwing things out there though. Yo...
