Took my coupe to the dyno again today, it wasn't a good day for it. The first run was 223 hp and 190ish torque. 3800SC 3.4 pulley. After that the numbers were all downhill.

The motor hooked up.

Getting strapped down.

Thought this was a neat pic of the front rim.
Anyways the first run it had 4 degrees of timing and a bunch of KR? I think. It was running leaner then the computer guy wanted. On the second run he added more fuel to the program that got rid of the knock and some of the torque numbers, hp stayed about the same the leanness went away. The guy in the car said it was bucking and starting to miss some.
On the third run it didn't get a full scan in it lost the tach signal at the tuning computer for some reason, the guy also said it was bucking some still. We checked for loose vacuum lines, connections, loose belt and stuff.
The fourth run was just as bad wouldn't rev over 5k.Motor still missing and bucking.
After discussing it some we figured it might be the 4 year old plugs. I haven't thought to change them till now. The computer tuner guy suggested Autolite 104 plugs gapped to .040. They should be 2 heat ranges colder then the stock ones that are in it whatever they are. I didn't bother getting a sheet for this session.
